Our new Brand Ambassador Scheme offers students the chance to represent Pathway CTM and help inspire your peers to make informed decisions on their next steps after School/College! You will be given the opportunity to be the friendly face of Pathway CTM in your School/College and local area, gain invaluable career skills for your CV, and receive a cash bonus when you hit your sign up targets!

This role will help you build and improve upon many of those skills required in a variety of jobs across a range of sectors, as a result you will be able to reference them on your CV and at interviews. You will be building skills such as confidence and resilience, in addition it will allow you to demonstrate skills such as planning, organising and building strategies whilst developing negotiation and sales skills. Taking on a role like this will also show your maturity, your leadership skills and your understanding of the bigger picture and helping others.

As a Pathway CTM Student Ambassador you will:

• Be signed up to the Pathway Programme and attend our events
• Be able to confidently promote the Pathway Programme to your peers
• Interested in gaining experience for your CV in marketing, sales, and events
• Be confident yet approachable
• Be passionate about helping inspire others to fulfil their full potential

What the role will entail:

• Promoting the Pathway CTM Programme in your School/College and local area through word of mouth, form time talks or assemblies. Get creative with how you drive sign ups!
• Using face-to-face interaction as well as social media to raise awareness around Pathway CTM and drive more students to sign up to the programme
• Encourage Be part of, or have connections in extra-curricular clubs and socials in and outside of School/College to help your reach

Hours required:

This role is completely flexible, and the pay is based on the amount of sign-ups you get.
