About the Programme
This three-year programme is structured to get the very best out of you. Year one and two will be on-site three days a week, with two days in college to study for your Mechatronic Engineering qualification. Year three will be based in the workplace 4 days per week working alongside time served professionals as a key member of the team with one day per week completing your college course.
The First Year apprentice salary is decided by the Real Living Wage which means we offer very competitive starting salaries for our apprenticeships along with an industry leading benefits package (Bonus, pension and access to share schemes all from day one). With everything you can learn here, and the long-term opportunities we have on offer, the Diageo Engineering apprenticeship could just be the best decision you’ve ever made.
