Aspire is a 3-day immersive in person programme for students in Year 12. It’s designed to excite school students about the huge possibilities on offer, no matter what their background.  

Aspire will allow you to discover what it is like to work at Deloitte, attend employability skills sessions, find out about opportunities at Deloitte such as our BrightStart Higher Apprenticeship programme, network with various employees from different business lines and much more…  

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
We want to ensure that regardless of your background your talent and hard work is recognised, and you are given equal access to our opportunities, for us to do this you must meet one or more of the following criteria:

The occupation of your main household earner when you were aged 14 is categorised as a lower socio-economic background.
You are attending a state school.
You are/ have been eligible for free school meals.
You are attending a school that’s above regional average in terms of the number of students eligible for free school meals.
You would be the first member of your family to go on to Higher Education, e.g to obtain a degree at university or through a degree apprenticeship.
Duration of the programme, Monday 22nd – Wednesday 24th July 2024. This programme is in person, so we advise you only apply if you live in a commutable distance to our Manchester office.
