Custodia Technology is looking for a Network Engineer to train and work within their Technology Call Centre, you must have a degree in some form of IT computing and have the aptitude to want to learn and take on a new challenge. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Network Engineer Level 4 Apprenticeship.

Main duties:

– You will be trained in supporting enterprise IT server infrastructure, Windows server environment
– You will gain experience in supporting global enterprise scale IT solutions and administration, installation and management of Windows 2012 -2016, SQL Server,
– Active Directory and virtual environments (Level 2)
– You will be able to quickly grasp technical details, as you will need to convey / explain to both technical and non-technical audiences

Entry requirements:

An A-Level in ICT
OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 ICT
OR an A-Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
