We work with everyone from banks and insurers to oil and gas companies, pharmaceutical businesses, telecommunications companies and local governments. Operate delivers large operational and managed service solutions in one place. It’s aimed at supporting clients with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.

Compliance Testing

Our Compliance Testing team works with global clients to test and monitor compliance across a wide range of regulatory, technology and operational risk areas. Our team supports many of the firm’s leading clients, largely within the banking and financial services sector, on a wide range of global and complex audit engagements.

Customer Management

Operate’s customer management team help our clients deal with complaints, as well as run remediation programmes where we put right what’s gone wrong. Whether in response to a regulator’s instructions, or because of high volumes of complaints, our redress teams are often quickly deployed to deal with financial services scenarios.
