Translating Jargon using English Fundamentals

In Beth Ward’s role as an IT Solutions Manager at Canal & River Trust, she is responsible for writing specs that are crafted into documents for their technical teams to take forward and implement in their projects.
Beth needs to cut through technical jargon and make content meaningful to non-technical users. In doing this she needs to be able to use the English language effectively by using fundamentals such as spelling and grammar to talk eloquently and coherently about technical solutions.
