Meet Ade Williams, a Superintendent Pharmacist for the NHS South West. Today he is diving into his love of Maths, with the fundamental building blocks and principals you can apply to problem solving.

For Ade, Maths is key in delivering safe medicines to people. He uses Maths daily in situations such as giving dosage advice and guidance using calculations, which is especially important for children and their body mass. You can’t afford to make a mistake in pharmacy, so Ade has to be methodical and disciplined in following formulas and also using teamwork when it comes to complex dose calculations.
